We buy European performance cars at wholesale auction, recondition them here, and sell them. The same bench takes in cars we had nothing to do with.

Where the car comes from
We buy where the trade buys.
A wholesale auction lane gives you a few minutes with a car, no test drive, and a seller who is usually a bank or a dealer clearing stock. Reading a car that fast is a skill you either have or pay for.
It is also the same skill that says what is wrong with the car sitting in your driveway, which is why the buying and the servicing are not two businesses here.

What happens to it
The work happens here, not across town.
Cars we buy are reconditioned in our own shop. Nothing is farmed out and handed back with an invoice nobody read.
That is the whole reason we can tell a buyer what was done to a car rather than what was billed for it, and it is the difference between a reconditioned car and a detailed one.

Where it splits
Not every car should go back on the road.
Some of what comes back from the lane is worth more in pieces than it is as a car. Pretending otherwise is how a bad car ends up being somebody else’s problem.
Deciding which is which is the judgement the whole business runs on, and it is made before the car is ever offered to anybody.

European specialist service on cars we have never seen before. Same shop, same people, same tools that get our own stock ready to sell.
A shop that has to put its own money behind a car every week is a shop that has already learned which repairs are worth doing.
